Alice is a private solo practitioner at Transformation Begins Within, PLLC. Alice is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has fifteen years of experience as mental health therapist and mental health educator. I want others to know that seeking and participating in counseling doesn't represent a weakness rather it's a strength. Change is painful but nothing is as painful as being stuck somewhere you do not belong.
Alice Ward's focus is self-awareness and self-awakening through transformative thinking by taking steps to look in the mirror and start from within. She is passionate about equipping individuals on steps to live a life of healing, freedom, and fulfillment

Our aim is to help assist each individual with identifying, processing and taking steps towards healing, wholeness and wellness. Our work together is specifically focused on goals that YOU identify. Our work together will be collaborative and positive in nature without disregarding the hard questions. Our job is to walk with you as you explore your own values and the options available to you.
The Passion
Alice is passionate about guiding individuals on a journey of discovering and rediscovering the masterpiece within. Alice is a mental and emotional renovator. She enjoys sharing with individuals how to renovate, construct, and renew their mindsets. Alice uses everyday life experiences, scaffolding, and algorithmic concepts to engage her clients and audiences with reimagining and transforming from the inside out. She challenges and encourages individuals to color outside the lines.
